Make a payment with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or an electronic check with a bank routing and account number.
Payments made with a credit or debit card will be assessed a non-refundable service fee of 2.85%. You will see two transactions on your credit card or bank statement: one for the service fee and another for the amount paid towards the student account.
To avoid this non-refundable service fee, we encourage you to pay with an electronic check.
You can pay in person at Skyhawk Station with cash, check, or a money order. Make checks payable to Fort Lewis College. Please identify the student’s name or student’s ID number in the memo field.

Understand the breakdown of your tuition and fees based on your enrollment.
A student, by the act of registration, automatically incurs a financial obligation to the College requiring full payment of tuition and fees, as well as any other charges that are incurred while at the College, and accepts responsibility for complying with all College policies and procedures.

Everyone who takes out federal student loans must do exit counseling through the U.S. Department of Education. These circumstances can require exit counseling:
A graduation hold on your account means your Application for Graduation has been approved. Congratulations! It will be removed once your degree has been conferred.
If you plan to take courses after graduation, contact Skyhawk Station.
If you need to order an official transcript, please place the order. This hold will prevent your order from being processed automatically. When we receive a transcript order with a graduation hold, we will contact you and ask if the transcript can be released as it is, or if we should wait until your degree is posted.
Colorado state law requires all students to submit a copy of their immunization record with proof of two MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccinations to the FLC Student Health Center.
An Immunization Hold means you have not submitted your immunization record, or your immunization record shows you must comply with the MMR immunization requirements. Non-compliance will result in a non-refundable fee.
An Official College Transcript hold means that Fort Lewis College needs a copy of your official transcripts from all other colleges and/or universities you have attended.
This hold means you attended a college or university that you did not disclose on your Application for Admission and we need that transcript.
