This course immerses students in yoga journaling, offering a holistic approach to personal development, self-discovery, and mindfulness. Through yoga techniques and journaling exercises, students will explore the connection between mind and body, self-awareness, resilience, and overall well-being. The course also strongly emphasizes the Fort Lewis College (FLC) community, encouraging kindness, compassion, and student wellness. Each week, students will explore themes vital to the success of 铿乺st-year college students, making this course both enriching and relevant to their academic and personal growth. Students are required to bring their own yoga mat and journal to class.
