Celebrate and honor the memory of Martin Luther King, Jr. Students lead a march around campus, holding a community forum at the end to commemorate the achievements of the Civil Rights Movement and Marting Luther King, Jr., and acknowledge the work ahead to shape a socially just US.

Al is a Fort Lewis College graduate originally from Bentonville, Arkansas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. As a trans-non-binary individual, Al is passionate about supporting students in celebrating their authentic selves. They use their background as a lobbyist, TEDX presenter, and SafeZone trained facilitator to advocate for creating safe spaces across campus- not just in the Diversity Collaborative鈥檚 centers.
