Summer housing Summer Housing at FLC FLC campus apartments offer summer housing for students enrolled in Summer or Fall terms. Due to building maintenance, we have limited availability. Contact us for specific questions about summer housing. For The Guage apartments: A deposit and a signed lease are required. We will work with employers on the required deposit. March 13: The Summer 2024 housing application opens. Summer housing is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
