It’s time once again to celebrate Fort Lewis College Homecoming. If you like Skyhawk Athletics, then this is the week for you.
Skyhawk sports dominate this year’s Homecoming festivities. Men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball and football all have big home games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I invite you to join us for all of them.
On Saturday, October 3, faculty, staff and students eat free at the Homecoming Brunch at Dennison Field from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Our Skyhawk Football team takes on Western New Mexico at noon as we try to extend our three-game winning streak and stay atop the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference standings. The football team has scored more than 80 points in our two home games thus far, so expect the cannon to go off a lot on Saturday!
The celebration of Skyhawk Athletics continues off the field with the Skyhawk Spectacular on Saturday night in the Student Union Ballroom and the FLC Athletic Hall of Fame ceremony on Sunday at the Strater Hotel. Check for more information.
