Historical Markers: 
A Campus Walking Tour: The Intruder: descending cougar /  sculpture in bronze by Ken Bunn

This sculpture, situated on the landscaped traffic island at the entrance to the Cultural Arts Complex of the Southwest (i.e., the and the ), was presented to the college by the Ballantine family in honor of Morley Ballantine in a ceremony on November 9, 2001.  It was cast at a foundry near Paonia, Colorado.
